Qualifications -
Applicants must be citizens of the united states or in a possession of an alien registration card; must be a high school senior or enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university; must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; must be pursuing a degree in the medical field such as therapy, nursing, medicine, nutrition, laboratory science, dentistry, etc.

Selection will be judged on content, creativity and quality of work.

Applicants must send a project about an act of kindness that inspired them along with their transcript, name, email address, phone number, and the field they are pursuing via mail or email; may choose to complete any one of the following projects Blog post (up to 800 words), relevant pictures may be included; video, up to 1.5 minutes; Image, up to 8.5" x 11", along with a short description.
