Applications will be judged on a combination of ability, character, motivation, goals, financial need, and opportunities available at the selected venue.

Applicants must submit the application online; including two brief essays; recording of the applicant playing one etude, two orchestral excerpts, and one movement of a concerto or sonata (piano optional) or one movement of an unaccompanied work; two letters of recommendation, including an assessment of the applicant’s financial need.
