Purpose
To support the students and early career investigators in attending the International Conference on Eating Disorders (ICED).
Focus -
Mental health; Psychology.
Qualifications -
Applicants must be a current student AED member; must be a full-time student in a degree program, including physicians-in-training with interest or involvement in the field of eating and related disorders, or fewer than three (3) years post training; candidates will have a demonstrated interest in research in eating and weight disorders, show promise as researchers; who have received this award more than once, or in the prior year are not eligible; individuals who have received this award once are eligible, preference will be given to applicants who have not previously received a travel fellowship.

Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.

Applicants should include AED common application form; current curriculum vitae; letters of recommendation; 500 words in the length and should address the importance; documentation of current training status as an undergraduate student, graduate student, postdoctoral fellow, or resident in a field of study of relevance to the understanding or treatment or prevention of eating and weight disorders; description of your academic appointment no more than three (3) years post training.
