To support students enrolled in cardiac ultrasound programs.

Qualifications -
Applicants must be sonographer students enrolled in CAAHEP accredited educational programs who exhibit a passion for the discipline of echocardiography and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Criteria
Selection will be based on letters of support (51% of scoring), personal accomplishments and academic record (49% of scoring); to ensure fair distribution of awards, geographic diversity will be considered when selecting the scholarship.

Applicants must submit an application form with one letter of nomination from student's program director, plus two (2) additional letters of support; desirable to have one letter of recommendation from a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE); not possible to obtain a letter from a FASE, at least one letter must be an ASE member; a copy of the nominee's curriculum vitae or resume.
