Qualifications -
Applicant must be a U.S permanent resident; must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry; have successfully completed the ASTA program; must be a member of the ASTA Allegheny Branch of the Mid-America chapter (Western Pennsylvania as far east as Altoona & West Virginal).
Criteria
Recipients are selected based on the academic standing.

To Apply
Applicant must provide a proof of current employment in the travel industry; transcript from last academic term with proof of a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or if the applicant is returning to school after time spent in the workforce, submit a cover letter explaining why applicant is returning to school; a letter of intent to enroll in a Travel Institute course within one year and explaining what benefits they hope to obtain from the Travel Institute program or an application to the ASTA educational program; a letter of recommendation from the official ASTA employer to confirm the employment status; and an original headshot picture.
