To Apply
Applicants must submit the following items: OTS Fellowship Cover Sheet; project abstract, objectives, methods and significance; project schedule and expected outputs; project budget; project justification; literature cited; name, address, telephone, fax and email of four people who can comment on the scientific merit of the proposal; applicant's curriculum vitae; letter of endorsement from thesis advisor. Materials should be typed in 12-point font and all pages must be numbered. The cover sheet and proposal should be submitted by email. Letter of endorsement from thesis advisor should be sent directly by the applicant's recommender by email.
Deadline -
October 1 and March 1.
