Purpose
To honor and financially assist Arizona graduate students in public administration who aspire to a career in local government management.
Focus -
Public administration.
Qualifications -
Applicant must be a part-time MPA student attending Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, Northern Arizona University or the University of Arizona who is currently working in local government and who has exhibited strong academic achievement.
Criteria
Recipients are selected based on interest in local government administration, career plans, academic achievement, school and/or community honors and activities and financial need.

Applicants must submit the following: completed application form; resume; two letters of recommendation; an official graduate-level transcript; a letter addressed to Robert Flatley, ACMA President addressing their interest in local government management, career goals, and financial needs or plans for using the scholarship.
