Purpose: To provide financial educational assistance to a child of CBSA employees or any associate member companies. The field of study is not specified.
Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be employed by a CBSA member company
- Be a child of an employee of a CBSA member company
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate industrial distribution degree program
Additionally, the applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited four-year college or university, taking at least six credit hours in the upcoming school year, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and financial need.
Duration: Annual
To Apply: Applicants must submit the following:
- Current unofficial transcript. If you are a college freshman, please send both high school and college transcripts.
- A letter of recommendation from a principal, dean, department head, or instructor from your school.
- A 500-word (one-page) essay.
- The signature addendum page of the application, signed by both the student and a parent or guardian.
