Qualifications -
Applicant must be a female student currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in a transportation-related field (such as transportation engineering, planning, finance, logistics) in certain universities in Texas or Oklahoma; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must submit a typed application form completed and signed; official copy of transcripts; two letters of recommendation; personal statement; and proof of enrollment. First semester students must also submit a First Semester Student Form.
