Applicants must be a United States Citizens enrolled in an accredited college/university in the U.S; must have competed in the Franchising/Entrepreneurship competition sponsored by DECA within the last year.

Annual.
To Apply
Applicant must submit copy of franchising business plan presented at the DECA Competitive Event along with scholarship form.
Deadline -
October 31.
