To provide financial assistance for the future educators and researchers of the turfgrass industry.

Turfgrass management.
Qualifications -
Applicants must be candidates for masters' or doctoral degrees in fields related to golf course management.
Criteria
Selection will be evaluated based on academic achievement, potential to become a leading professional, employment history, accomplishments in research and education, communication skills, peer recommendation.

Up to 3.
To Apply
Applicants must submit their transcript of records, advisor's report and superintendent's report; the essay component must not exceed two double-spaced pages; additional application forms can be obtained from the environmental institute for golf or may visit the GCSAA website.
