Purpose
To support individuals with high potential to re-enter an active research career after an interruption due to family responsibilities.
Focus -
Mathematics and mathematical sciences.
Qualifications -
Applicants must be faculty member at our Principal Sponsoring Universities are invited to apply or to nominate a mathematical scientist for the purpose of collaborative research.
Criteria
Selection will be made by the directors of the Institute, in consultation with the Scientific Advisory Panel.
Amount -
$3,500
Award Duration -
Triennial; 1 to 3 months.
Number of Recipients -
Varies.

Applicants must submit a cover sheet indicating interest; a curriculum vitae; a research proposal which includes the name(s) of faculty who may be appropriate as supervisors/research advisors; other applicants must submit letter of nomination and recommendation from a faculty member at one of our principal sponsoring Universities.
