Qualifications -
Applicants must be either currently enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college or university; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must be at least 16 years old at the time of application; current employees, officers, directors and agents of forms birds and its related companies and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible; applicants must agree to forms birds official scholarship rules and follow all application instructions; no limit in nationalities.
Criteria
Selection will be based on the scoring criteria (material organization, vocabulary and style, creativity and originality, grammar, punctuation, and spelling and neatness.
