Applicants must submit their applications in online and must include the following: completed application form; proposal of no more than 10 pages, double spaced, in Times New Roman 11-point font; bibliography of no more than three pages; publications list of no more than two pages; three reference letters; and institutional statement; completed applications must be submitted through the ACLS Online Fellowship Application system (ofa.acls.org) no later than the fixed application deadline.
