To encourage and enhance learning and professional growth in educational technology for practicing and pre-service educators.

Qualifications -
Applicants must be a member of TCEA (non-members may submit membership and dues at the time of entry); be employed full time in the field of education; use the money to attend professional development activities that will increase knowledge of educational technology; and have not received the scholarship previously.

Selection is based on the submitted application materials.

Applicants must submit a completed Scholarship Entry Form together with two letters of recommendation (not to exceed one page), and a one page personal profile; each entry form must be accompanied with four copies of the supporting documents.
