Purpose
To support the ongoing improvement of the Kaiser Permanente health care system, as well as the US health care system; to help highly qualified researchers pursue successful research careers in delivery science.

Qualifications -
Applicants must be health professional doctorate degrees (MD, DO, Phar.D., Nursing PhD) and/or research doctorate degrees (PhD, ScD, DrPH) in related fields; must be eligible for U.S. employment; women and minority candidates are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must submit curriculum vitae; personal statement, limited to two pages, explaining career goals, how the fellowship program would further these goals, and the type of research questions; writing sample of a first-authored publication is strongly recommended; please list 3 persons for reference and their positions and institutions; reference letters should by sent by mail directly to author.
