Applicants must be academic and pastoral leaders; must have earned Ph.D. or The degree must demonstrate a capacity to complete the proposed project in a timely fashion.

Applicants must include Information and Project Summary form; submit a narrative statement (five to seven pages), selective bibliography (two to three-page, double-spaced), detailed budget and budget narrative, copy of current curriculum vitae or resume and one letter of recommendation.
