Purpose
To enhance education and careers in technology and engineering education.

Qualifications -
Applicant must be a member of the international technology and engineering educators association; (membership may be enclosed with scholarship application); applicant must be a technology and engineering teacher at any grade level who is beginning or continuing graduate study.
Criteria
Selection will be based on the application and submitted materials based on the following

To Apply
Applicants must submit a letter of application with a clear explanation of plans for the graduate study; plans for action research; the applicant's need; and identification details - school name, grade level, telephone, and home address. Must provide resume not exceeding four pages that describes current position, professional activities, and achievements; must provide a college transcript, and documentation of acceptance into graduate school; must have three recommendation letters from among the following; undergraduate faculty, graduate faculty, school administration.
