Purpose
To financially assist Arizona graduate students in public administration who aspire to a career in local government management.
Focus -
Public administration.
Qualifications -
Applicants must be full-time students attending either Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University or the University of Arizona who have exhibited strong academic achievement.
Criteria
Recipients are selected based on interest in local government administration, career plans, academic achievement, school and/or community honors and activities and financial need.

Applicants must submit: completed application form; resume; two letters of recommendation; an official graduate-level transcript; a letter addressed to Robert Flatley, ACMA President addressing their interest in local government management, career goals, and financial need or plans for using the scholarship.
