Purpose
To assist private helicopter pilot candidates who wish to obtain their commercial helicopter ratings.
Focus -
Aviation.
Qualifications -
Applicants must be pilots who have already attained a commercial rating and demonstrate an outstanding aptitude for safe flying and aviation best practices.
Criteria
Recipients are selected based on the aforesaid qualifications.

Applicants must submit resume; airman certificates; pilot information; maintenance or Flight School Certification; two Signed Letters of recommendation.
