To encourage youth participation in equestrian sport, at NWHA events, and at the NWHA National Championship Show. Amount - are to be used for educational purposes or towards the advancement of the winners' equestrian experience.

Applicant must be a member of NWHA (either as an individual Youth Member or as a youth whose parents or guardians hold a Family Membership); must be aged 17 or under on January 1 of the current year.
