To provide worthy graduate students interested in a career in public sector labor and employee relations with financial assistance.
Focus -
Industrial and labor relations; Personnel administration/human resources.
Qualifications -
Applicant must U.S. citizen; must be a graduate student currently enrolled and seeking a graduate degree in human resources, labor and industrial relations, public administration or political science with a strong and documented interest in the public sector; national PELRA members are encouraged to apply.
Criteria
Selection will be preference will be given to students currently working for a state, local, county or special district governments.
