Applicants must be NSHSS Collegiate Council Members with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher who demonstrate specific ways in which they have represented NSHSS and helped to build a positive global community; must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate school at the college level.

Completed application form must be submitted along with: resume describing school and community involvement; transcript; two professor or advisor recommendations; color headshot suitable for website posting; personal statement (500-800) words in response to prompts on the website.
