Applicant must be an IREM member in good standing with IREM dues paid in full, or an employee of an AMO firm; must express intent to pursue an IREM certification.
Criteria
Selection criteria include: demonstrated commitment to a career in real estate management; intent to earn an IREM property management certification; participation in local IREM chapter; previous scholarships awarded and activated, including any that have expired.
