Qualifications -
Applicants must be family members of a current IMCEA Professional member who are graduating from high school and continuing their education, or who are already enrolled in college.

Selection will be based on the aforementioned Applicant's qualifications and compliance with the application details.

Applicants must mail the application form, along with the following: a two-page essay discussing the question "How do social networking and media outlets affect the US Military mission in a wartime environment?"; a letter of acceptance to the college or university that the Applicants are planning to attend; and/or, a transcript from the college or university currently attended.
