Applicants must complete application which can be downloaded at the website; must submit a cover sheet (available at website) with project narrative; budget and justification; one-page CV; and a letter of recommendation; all application materials (including the cover sheet but excluding letters of recommendation), should be in a single document (doc, pdf, rtf) and submit it via e-mail with a subject line which contains the last name of the applicant only; letters of recommendation should be sent separately.
